STUDENT SUPPORT

The school places emphasis on students reaching their full potential, so a supportive and structured network is provided. Students are placed in classes and assigned one or two teachers. The form teacher(s) interact with their students on a daily basis where their immediate concerns are met. Students may be referred to the Form Teacher, Grade Co-ordinator, Grade Supervisor, HOD, Dean of Discipline, Disciplinary Committee/Academic Committee, Guidance Counsellor, Vice Principal for Students Affairs/Vice Principal for Academics, or Principal in order to meet and allay concerns that supersede the scope of the Form Teacher.

Subject teachers also seek to attend to the needs of students. Students are encouraged to seek the help of the Guidance Counsellor on their own volition and cases are also referred to the Guidance Counsellor when further intervention is required. A Nurse is stationed on the school premises to attend to students‟ health concerns.

GRADE SUPERVISOR

Each grade has a Grade Supervisor who is a senior teacher appointed to see to the smooth and efficient functioning of the grades he/she supervises. Grade Supervisor manages grade coordinators.

GRADE CO-ORDINATOR

Each grade has a Grade Co-ordinator who is a teacher with expertise in classroom management and school management who is appointed to see to the efficient coordination of the activities of the classes in the grade he/she is in charge of. The Grade Co-ordinator inspires
cooperation and unity among classes.
