Charlemont High School has released the schedule for its upcoming Parent-Teacher Consultation Days, set for Thursday, 29th, and Friday, 30th of January, 2026. The event, to be held in the Upper Quadrangle (Blocks A, B, C, & D), allows parents to meet teachers and collect the Christmas Term reports.
The school has organized the consultations by grade level to ensure an efficient process. The detailed schedule is as follows:
A lunch break is scheduled from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon on both days.
The school has outlined important guidelines for the event: students must accompany their parents or guardians while dressed in the correct uniform, and consultations will not proceed without the student present. If a parent is unable to attend, they must provide a signed letter of authorization, including their telephone number, to a mature representative. Senior students in Grades 12 and 13 are permitted to collect their own report cards during their scheduled time.
